EMERSON SWALWELL

Emerson Swalwell is a native Dallasite. After receiving his BBA from Southern Methodist University in 1976, he enjoyed two successful careers: one in banking and one in insurance. With this experience, he went on to found The Swalwell Group in 1992. Emerson has also experienced financial hardship, so he knows what it is like to feel severe stress and worry due to money issues. He developed a heart for helping people. Emerson believes in giving his clients the information they need to make educated decisions. He helps them ‘steer clear’ of predatory realtors and questionable “we buy house” people who are merely out to make a quick buck. Emerson cares about each client he serves. He is a proud father and grandfather and is a member of all Saints Church in Dallas. After serving on various non-profit boards he now serves on the board for the Doc Swalwell Legacy. When Emerson is not working he likes to bike, hunt, fish, and play sports.

LARRY COLGROVE

A Dallas native, Larry is a Texas real estate broker and investor with over 25 years of experience. He is the president of VIP Financial Services, LLC and Dealmaker Realty and has degrees from the University of Texas at Dallas and Dallas College. Larry helps educate homeowners and supports them in making the best decisions for themselves and their families. He specializes in handling complex issues involving probate, bankruptcy, divorce and title problems. Larry and Emerson teamed up in 1996 and have since formed The Swalwell Group which has helped thousands of homeowners. Larry is no-nonsense and strives to make his clients more money with his very successful negotiating strategies.

RACHAEL SWALWELL

Rachael Swalwell provides construction and design expertise to Lawyers Clearinghouse. A Highland Park, Texas native, Rachael grew up in the home renovation industry and eventually founded her own Construction company, Junkyard Dawg Construction. Over the last 10 years, she has executed hundreds of residential construction projects and has developed relationships with contractors, suppliers, and homeowners all over the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex . People love working with Rachael because she is creative, focused, and communicative. Rachael's modern and stylish approach to construction have made valuable impacts for her clients’ resale values.
